As Guernsey has entered into lockdown once again we would like to reassure our walkers that, while this is an ever-evolving situation, we are still moving forward with preparations for The Saffery Rotary Walk 2020-2021. So if you’re planning to register, please do, taking advantage of our “Earlybird” pricing that ends on 31 January!

Please be assured that if the event can go ahead on 5 June it will be conducted with full Public Health involvement to ensure everyone is kept safe. Should the Walk need to be cancelled all registration fees would become reclaimable.

Our #GuernseyTogether spirit is just as important now in lockdown 2.0 as it was last year! Make sure that you take advantage of your two hours of permitted exercise to get some fresh air and the endorphins flowing… you could even use them to get a head start on some training for the Walk with your family.

Please remember that social distancing can be tricky on the cliff paths, so we’d advise avoiding these routes for the time being. An individual can choose to walk with a single companion from another household, however you must remain socially distanced at all times. Stay safe out there!
